With home phone ownership on the decline and mobile usage at an all-time high, it’s more important than ever that you be able to reach people on the go.


i360 introduces mobile calling functionality within the i360 Call app. This is a game-changer for your field operation helping you reach more voters as you ramp up your outreach activity. 


How Does It Work?


Users will now have the ability to place calls to Mobile Numbers through app.  When a user selects a survey they will now see a Mobile Calls option after selecting a survey. Once selected, the user will be presented with a Mobile target, once they select Call XXX-XXX-XXXX they will be connected to that target. if the caller does not answer after 35 seconds or the system cannot connect because of a bad number, they will be returned to that screen.
