Political Analyst

i360 is seeking a Political Analyst to join its Analytics Team. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will derive actionable insights and trends from large datasets, use business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create visualizations and reports, use modeling, statistical, trend analysis, to collect, explore, identify, and analyze political data.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends relevant to political campaigns and advocacy efforts.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support various political initiatives.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau to design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Communicate complex data analyses and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven campaign targeting strategies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Tableau suite of products.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R.
  • Hands on experience understanding RDBMS and query optimization.

Senior Data Engineer

i360 is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its Data Engineering team. With your technical expertise, you will architect, implement, and improve end to end pipelines, processes, procedures, and automation for all database-centric processes. You will maintain our relational and NoSQL systems for performance and reliability. You are responsible for tuning and configuring our databases and data platforms, as well as building tools and scripts to monitor, troubleshoot and automate our systems. You mentor the junior and mid-level engineers on our team and help set standards, frameworks, and best practices.

Our Team

The Data Engineering team plays a central role in our organization, given our focus on data. We collaborate closely with both our internal departments and external clients. Our primary responsibility involves designing, building, and upkeeping data pipelines and APIs to provide data to other teams, enabling them to create their products on that data.

What You Will Do

  • Design, architect, and build end to end SQL and NoSQL database solutions. This includes determining business requirements, recommending technologies, architecting, developing code, mentoring team members, and overseeing QA and deployment processes.
  • Load and process disparate data sets using technologies including but not limited to PostgreSQL, Elastic search, Snowflake, Spark, Java, and Python.
  • Work with business users to translate requirements into system flows, data flows, data mappings etc., and develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Code applications that adhere to enterprise design patterns.
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data modeling, building ETL pipelines and multi-dimensional data warehouses.
  • Hands-on experience with and strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and query optimization.
  • Strong coding experience in developing enterprise applications using Java and Python.
  • Understanding of DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD toolset such as git, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
  • Experience building, scaling, and maintaining high volume systems.
  • Experience analyzing large complex data sets to resolve data quality and performance issues.
  • Experience mentoring a team of data engineers and helping set standards and frameworks.

  • Experience with Cloud system architecture and design, large scale streaming data processing.
  • Experience with Spring framework, AOP, JPA and REST.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with a variety of ad tech products and is willing to stay up to date with industry best practices.

 

What You Will Do

·         Coordinate the planning, targeting, placement and measurement of online media for select clients and partners

·         Organize large-scale paid media programs across multiple ad tech partners including but not limited to Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit and Pinterest

·         Execute the placement of display, search, video and OTT/CTV ad campaigns through various ad tech stack.

·         Responsible for end-to-end tracking of campaigns and multi-variant testing across marketing initiatives

·         Perform campaign reporting and analysis through analytical tools to examine buy performance using inputs from clients and media platforms as well as internal analysis and polling

·         Provide thought leadership to create long-term performance improvements against client KPIs

What Will Put You Ahead

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications

·         2+ years of media buying/planning experience

·         Experience managing complex digital media campaigns involving multiple KPIs

·         Previously worked with programmatic ad platforms: The Trade Desk, Xandr, Verizon, StackAdapt, ect.

·         Previously worked with social ad platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter

·         Working knowledge of third-party Internet analytics and research tools: SEM Rush, Funnel, Dataroma, Tableau, etc.

·         Experience supporting the planning and buying of television, radio and out-of-home ads
