Your Job
i360 is seeking a Political Analyst to join its Analytics Team. Utilizing your strong analytical skills and understanding of political campaign dynamics, you will derive actionable insights and trends from large datasets, use BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create visualizations and reports that inform campaign strategy, and apply modeling, statistical, and trend analysis to collect, explore, identify, and analyze political data across electoral cycles.

What You Will Do
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends relevant to political campaigns and advocacy efforts, with particular focus on voter behavior, turnout modeling, and persuasion targeting.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support various political initiatives, drawing from experience with campaign cycles, field operations, or political organizing.
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau to design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards that campaign managers and political strategists can use for real-time decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign performance, including media placement, field resource allocation, and voter contact strategies.
- Communicate complex data analyses and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including campaign staff, candidates, and political committees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven campaign targeting strategies based on understanding of political geography, demographic trends, and voter file analysis.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools, preferably in a political campaign, advocacy, or electoral context.
- Experience analyzing and translating data to influence decision making and lead to profitable outcomes or successful campaign results.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, particularly during the fast-paced environment of campaign cycles.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience using the Tableau suite of products in a campaign or political organization setting.
- Experience programming with SQL, R or Python for political data analysis or voter file management.
- Experience working with RDBMS and conducting query optimization on large-scale voter databases.
- Familiarity with political campaigns through volunteer work, internships, or professional experience in electoral politics, advocacy, or related fields.

i360 is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Media Planner to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across both political and commercial clients. In this role, you’ll manage full-funnel campaigns across programmatic, video, and social platforms. You’ll analyze performance using platform data, internal insights, and reporting and measurement tools to deliver clear and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for staying on top of the latest digital media trends and tech stacks.

Our Team
The Media team delivers and supports data driven digital advertising campaigns that maximize client success by leveraging advanced targeting, analytics, and measurement. We provide premium media targeting to political and commercial organizations through strong relationships with clients, agencies, and ad-tech platforms.
What You Will Do
- Develop and lead the strategy, targeting, execution, and performance measurement of digital media campaigns for both political and commercial clients
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across display, video, OTT/CTV, and search channels using a variety of ad tech platforms and ad servers like The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, DCM, Google, Meta, etc.
- Oversee full-funnel campaign tracking and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance
- Analyze campaign performance through data from ad platforms, internal insights, and reporting and measurement tools
- Stay up to date with evolving digital media trends, tools, and technologies by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with media vendors
- Communicate clearly and effectively through well-crafted writing, presentations, and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the Media team to ensure accurate campaign execution, including UTM tagging and naming conventions

i360 is seeking a Client Services Manager to help maintain and support current i360 clients and assist in growing new business by driving the new client onboarding process. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience in either the campaign or non-profit sectors and has familiarity with diverse datasets and technology. The Client Services Manager is responsible for client onboarding, training and client education, as well as general support for a large client base. Additionally, the Client Services Manager will be a valued resource in helping to improve customer support and increase overall client satisfaction.
